added additional in-game instructions + option to disable #36

I saw that someone else had added keyboard controls, so I added some text to relay that to the player, and adjusted the position of the various text fields to keep things readable. It still looks a touch cluttered, so I added a checkbox to disable the text altogether.

Only took me like 4 hours, lol. XD I think it would look cleaner if the "Display control" checkbox was switched with the randomness slider, but I think I've done enough headbanging for today.

I think the idea is good, but it is nice to have all instructions on top.

Maybe we should combine the click the interface instructions with keyboard instructions?
