LateLament.txt has a stray semi-colon

Why I think the semi-colon is a mistake:

1. No other line uses any sort of punctuation mark.
2. Breaks the flow between line 5 and line 6. The two lines are related as they share a rhyming scheme but the semi-colon might make the readers think otherwise.
