control an ellipse with mouse move and obstacles like pipes came just like in flappy bird but, the top and bottom pipes are at some distance. it's urgent.

"it's urgent" Do you expect him to do your homework for you? He's already made flappy bird, and drawing an ellipse at the mouse position is relatively trivial with mouseX and mouseY variables.
