Heads up that Processing.org can get info (link) about how to register as a charity. https://pay.amazon.com/us/help/TJE7FMHVRAJEJUZ#enable_alexa

Amazon will setup the non-profit, then anyone can make a donation from their Alexa, just by saying "make a donation to processing!"
