Create a gulp task for deployment #1

Create a gulp task to deploy the website in release mode, this includes:

copy resources (images, css, js, fonts, ...) to dist folder
concatenate and minify javascript / css
uglify javascript
dynamically replace js and css references on index page.
compile typescript using tsconfig
minify images
zip the package for Azure deployment
transform api configurations
