We need to upgrade to jQuery v3.0+ because of vulnerabilities in the current ones.

How much effort is this @jvanderbiest?

Resolves following security vulnerabilities:

Needs investigation because the current jQuery is mainly used for the template and that came with v1.* So upgrade and see how it behaves :-)
