Remove Travis as CI #128

Remove Travis as CI given Azure DevOps is configured and move YAML to a subfolder.

Relates to #108

Note

Once this gets approved I will update build to trigger from .azure-devops/ci.yaml.

It's not getting triggered now given the file is no longer there in this branch, for a working trigger see #127
