Hi @allComputableThings

Thank you for reporting! Thank you for the detailed instructions on how to reproduce!

This issue is on our list.

Best regards, Alex

Cool. BTW, reproduces in the latest plugin. Also, it appears that clicking anywhere in the codium window after login causes the issues. Codium is completely unusable until fixed.

I also have this issue where Codium steals the keyboard away from my Jetbrains Rider main coding window. Just clicking anywhere on the Codium AI Chat auto focuses on typing into the chat bar. Any attempt to click on the main code editor to continue working is futile. The only way to continue work is to shrink down the Codium chat... this allows for me to continue working... without being able to see the chat... please address this soon!

Is this resolved? It pretty much bricks pycharm when in use.

This issue is being worked on by the team. I have gotten in touch with them on Discord, and there is an active discussion about it. We have figured out a temporary workaround. If you have the Codiumate Plugin in the Docked view mode, this bug persists, but if you change the view mode to floating, windowed, or undocked. The bug should be gone.
