Code suggestions contain "no difference" suggestions #60

Hi,

first of all: awesome tool! Installed the extension and created tests for one function in a few minutes.

However looking at the suggestions I found a few that have no difference in base vs. suggested: image

Not too much of a blocker though.

Another improvement would be to "tick off" unwanted suggestions to off load some cognitive resources.

Thanks for the feedback @bitflower. I also encountered this issue, and will try to minimize the number of times it happens in the future.

regarding the idea "tick off unwanted suggestions": Can you elaborate a bit? are you suggesting the option to delete suggestions, or adding the option not to get at all suggestions of specific types (for example, not to get at all "add docstring" suggestions) ?

Thanks! Haven't used codium too much since. But today I got no such "empty" proposals.
