Add ability to recover soft deleted post #24

Currently we are only soft deleting posts, so makes sense to have a way for users to retrieve this post or fully delete it.

Any thoughts on how we should implement this? Another dropdown under 'posts' that says deleted posts? Maybe we should just delete out right instead of the soft delete altogether?
