Make it easier to edit a draft post

Once you save a post as a draft, it's hard to get back to editing it. There should probably be a link in nav that says 'edit my posts' or something that takes you to a page with a listing of all your posts (published and draft or maybe just drafts).

Below is a use case that lead to some frustration related to editing an existing draft post:

• Saved a draft post at work that I wanted to work on later and publish.
• Went home logged in and had a hard time figuring out how to edit that post again.

I think this is fixed now that there a clear way to get directly to a listing of your drafts.
