SEARCH:: Error: in various agents #119

I've tried agents GEVI, AEBN, AdultFilmDatabase and in all of them I can get a match but no metadata.

Every time there is this ERROR (logkit:22).

I will look at it this evening. Could you initialise the log file and refresh metadata for the individual film. But before running the refresh stop then start the Plex Media Server. Then send me GEVI's log.

This one has really stumped me.... On my system it goes past and that error does not show up... Does this error occur for all titles you are matching or just this one?

if it is just this one, try opening a cmd prompt and type the name of the title afresh, copy it and then rename the file in windows. Also move the file to a new folder then try and refresh the metadata.

Here is my log to show you my results.... the agents GEVI and AEBNiii, however, do not find the title on their websites...

usually errors occur around curly apostrophes etc but yours look right....

let me know if other titles are affected.... then i will put some error messages into the program and we can further pinpoint where the error is exactly happening...

It does happen to every tittle I tried.

I inserted some log messages and found out where the code is breking. Its in the function getFilmInfo at ffprobe = subprocess.Popen(command, stderr=subprocess.PIPE, stdout=subprocess.PIPE )

I have installed ffprobe and set a windows path for it and now I don't get the error anymore.

FFprobe is going to be retired very soon... Codeanator shared some code with me which uses Plex's inbuilt methods.... The code should be with Cody this weekend!
