Iterate is MIT licensed (and other missing licences) #342

Iterate is currently noted as having 'no license specified', whereas the file iterate.lisp is MIT-licensed - https://gitlab.common-lisp.net/iterate/iterate/-/blob/master/iterate.lisp

There are also other such cases of entries saying "no license specified", but the license is just stored in an unusual location and/or format.

e.g. mixalot is under the MIT license, with the license text in the documentation.

I've opened issues in three of those repos. Still no response from the maintainers.
