Doesn’t work right on macOS Catalina #60

I’m very sorry for taking so long to answer, but I have been very busy.

My post was closed before I could answer, but the user that answered was incorrect. macOS High Sierra is the last official os supported on this model (MacBook Pro 17" 2011), you can only install Mojave’s on this model using dosdude1’s Mojave patcher, the known issues in Mojave are the exact known issues in macOS Catalina, so Mojave and Catalina don’t have graphics acceleration on AMD 6000 series.

But like I said, on Mojave I install gSwitch and choose only intel 3000 integrated graphics and it stays there and I have full graphics acceleration, but in Catalina I install gSwitch and it wont stay on intel 3000, it’s always on dedicated gpu...

So my guess is this app is not doing what it’s supposed to do in macOS Catalina.

And no, I don’t want to disable my AMD card, because I use it in bootcamp, it works fine.

Cody, can you please have a look into this? I’m just reporting this to help out the community.

I’ve seen in macrumors forum a user also with this issue

Thank you in advance
