[x] Take Code snippets from "ContentView" to new "HomeView"

Reworked the Entire ContentView to add both a top and bottom tab bar, also had to rework the view hierarchy in order for the Location and Side menu view to overlay on top of existing content. Wasn't able to get LocationView Exit button Functional yet. Also need to rework that contents of the LocationView.
