As a Gym Employee I want to be able to add any prospective members on an as needed basis.
Create a member schema for the data model, frame, and API side of things
The member should have the following attributes: FirstName, LastName, DOB, Date of last payment, phone number, email, address, state, city, zip
Add the ability to add Members to the gym application and be able to view them
