This has a few parts:

Update query to do both increase and decrease ✅
Add sorting to all columns ✅
Add search item feature ✅
Add tool tips to all the columns
Update the style ✅
Create pages for it so it isn't an infinite scroll nightmare ✅
Fix flicker on loading new data ✅
Fix column widths to be appropriate for their values ✅
