I ended up doing a few things here:

Connect the python scripts to Neon
Create a Github Action to pull new daily data at 6pm UTC every day
Create a Github action to make new predictions at 6:30 UTC every day
Removed watch mode from the API to prevent Neon compute never going idle
Created the data pipeline package
Deleted the old daily market pull files and moved the seed script into the data pipeline package.
