What this PR does / why we need it:

Update spring open doc api jwt swagger config
Refactor libs
Update springboot version 2.4 -> 2.5

jpa 관련 metric 이 누락되는 버그가 있다고 하는데 2.5.1 에서 고쳐질 예정이고, 추 후 버젼이 나오면 업데이트 하겠습니다.
