The 'restore_client' option now takes into consideration the 'client_can_X'
settings of the original client before considering the 'client_can_X' settings
of the restore client. To get the previous behaviour, where only the restore
client's settings were considered, use the new 'super_client' option instead
of 'restore_client'.
