90% of the functionality is HAProxy specific and it would be easy to make the role work on CentOS and Ubuntu;
This is not needed right now, but might be useful in the future if we need loadbalancing on Docker based hosts (perhaps use Docker?)
Looking at the package situation in RHEL for HAProxy it makes most sense to support Debian for now
