Douglas UPass renew failed #31

The following message is appearing inside the snack bar after trying to renew:

se.fishtank.css.selectors.scanner.ScannerException: Bad input!

The ID we use is wrong, but fixing this likely won't fix the issue since Douglas uses an ASP.NET form which doesn't work at the moment.
