Simple mod #127

Description of cog:

I need a cog with features: If message contain text1 in #channel1 then delete it, and show a message from the bot, wait 5 sec, then delete it.

If message not contain attachment image in #channel2 then delete it, and show a message from the bot, wait 5 sec, then delete it.

If message is in #channel3, then add reaction to it. meaning add reaction to any message in a channel

Not entirely sure how you want the cog to be set up, but I'd do it for $40.
