Description of cog: In Nadeko, the way people get money is everytime a message is sent, there's a x% chance of the bot saying "Type [p]pick for 10 ". Then whoever types it gets the money and all the other .pick and the bot prompt gets deleted.

So far, it's coming along. Wanna make some tweaks as discussed with plasma then hopefully it will be done.
