Aikaterna has already agreed to us licensing it under an OSI-approved license, but we will also ask her to explicitly state it on this PR before merging to be extra safe here.

I approve applying the Apache 2.0 license to these files, retroactively for all existing binaries and files, and for binaries and files added to this repository in the future.
