Update "Beam" to "Mixer" #995

Long story short, Beam.pro has been rebranded to "Mixer.com."

Their API's may have changed, as well.

You seem to be out of date. Try updating your bot. This was done in https://github.com/Cog-Creators/Red-DiscordBot/commit/1e17ed765492be02fe1fbeab99ac135586b865c9

Your main page still mentions it as "Beam."

This is my first time even finding this bot.

"Stream alerts (Twitch, Hitbox, Beam)"

So I assumed.

Also, "Hitbox" is mislabeled. It's now "Smashcast."

All of those things will be fixed for the rewrite
