Christos feedback on documentation

Since @christos-c is disabled I'm writing these notes here:

• Licensing and credits should be updated.
• It should have a mention of "if you using this cite this ... ".
• More general introduction is required. See the introduction for LBJava: http://cogcomp.cs.illinois.edu/page/software_view/LBJava
• Markdown errors: ##### Sensors for properties and ##### Sensors for edges.
• Usage should be simplified; you don't need to do publishLocal. They just need to add the resolver to their maven/sbt project; like this: https://github.com/IllinoisCogComp/saul/tree/master/saul-examples/src/main/scala/edu/illinois/cs/cogcomp/saulexamples/nlp/POSTagger#using-it-in-your-project
• For details on inference methods (e.g. Gurobi, etc ) we should just refer the user to LBJava documentation.
