I moved the documentation of the Saul core to the root. So, what we should put in the Saul core as the documentation? should that be a link to the auto generated API documentation? (Saul core link now is empty)

Ok, I put a reference to the same page for the saul-core. Please feel free to push more changes to the documentation in this PR, or merge it and make a new PR for next updates. @danyaljj
