Add script to download COVID-19 differential expression data

Description

This PR adds a script dCovid_diffexp.R in the inst/script directory that explains and automates the download of the dCovid_diffexp.tsv file from Zenodo. The script provides documentation on the data source and downloads the file to the inst/extdata directory. This file contains differential gene expression data for COVID-19 patients compared to healthy controls and is used in the package vignette to demonstrate drugfindR functionality.

Additionally, this PR increments the package version to 0.99.987 in both the DESCRIPTION and codemeta.json files.
