Update package status to stable and add badges

TL;DR

Updated package lifecycle status to stable and added new badges to README.

What changed?

• Changed lifecycle badge from "experimental" to "stable" for multiple functions
• Updated package version to 0.99.989
• Added new badges to README for repo size, issues, pull requests, dependency status, CodeFactor, and REUSE compliance
• Updated .Rbuildignore to exclude ltex files
• Updated codemeta.json with new version and file size
• Added "CodeFactor" to WORDLIST

How to test?

1. Check that all function documentation now shows the "stable" lifecycle badge
2. Verify new badges are displayed correctly in the README
3. Ensure package builds and passes all checks with updated version number

Why make this change?

This change reflects the package's maturation from experimental to stable status. The additional badges in the README provide potential users and contributors with more information about the project's health and development status.
