Change the 'Forums' page to say "Communications". Have links that pull in iFrames of the Cogtech loomio, trello, and google docs.
Maybe to save screen space, this page has less of the other navigation / cogtech website.
So four tabs on the top menu, sort of like this:

This way we can have everything close to each other!
