Fix for invalid JSON response from getting Developer Key #113

Description

This PR includes the following changes:

Checks for JSON response validity
Logs an error if JSON response is invalid
Displays a message on the onboarding window if JSON response is invalid
Changes are made in ProjectSetupWindow.cs
