Update to components: checking for `if enabled`, and consistency fix

Description

Updated components to not execute functionality if they inactive or disabled. There were some minor styling and quality changes to some scripts for the sake of consistency as well.

• Changed PostSessionEnd to PreSessionEnd for consistency in components
• Added check for isActiveAndEnabled in Cognitive3D_Manager_OnUpdate
• Removed RecenterEvent because recenter is handled in RoomSize
