Cli Automation Changes #125

Description

Several changes to provide developers more control over calling useful functions for cli automation

Developer Key property can be set (previously various calls to EditorPrefs)
Added helper functions to add/remove scripting definition symbols in EditorCore
Added Upload Active Scene Geometry function to EditorCore
Moved utility function for appending new Dynamic Object data to AggregationManifest class
Moved utility function for uploading Dynamic Object Aggregation data to EditorCore
