reporting errors or compromised status?

Hello. Is there a way to report a suggestion on a language's page? I wanted to inform you that the schwa epenthesis in Armenian makes a lot of mismatches between the spelling/transliteration and pronunciation (e.g. this). I'm not sure if this means that Armenian should have the compromised disclaimer on the top.
