Word 'carbs' is used even though it is not part of Glossary section.

Even though issue is very minor, staying consistent with the vocabulary as outlined in the Glossary ensures that stakeholders have a common understanding of the product, as explained in the textbook. Perhaps team could have indicated carbohydrates (carbs) in the glossary to eliminate any ambiguity?
