game no longer responsive #2

@Patrick-Bay myfruitgame.com has become un-responsive. Don't restart it or bring it back online. The first I want to find out is WHY it is offline before we do anything to bring it back online. Let me know how long it might take you to DIAGNOSE the problem (not fix it).

There are currently no errors recorded for the server. It appears that it was simply shut down some time after the nightly dividend process, most likely due to a restart of the virtual machine / droplet. I would need a couple of hours to diagnose exactly what's happening, extended out over a couple of days as this is likely something that will repeat on a nightly basis. As part of this time I would complete my research into how to restart the server whenever it's offline. We can now receive notification emails which will allow us to more closely track server restarts, something that will assist in tracking the situation.

@Patrick-Bay please proceed with research into how to auto restart the server when it goes offline, in the process hopefully more ways will be uncovered about how to improve logging so we have more info in the future when the game goes down. I'm going to attempt a restart using the guide you wrote in the wiki
