Update user timeout to include additional states

Automated user timeout should be reset under the following conditions:

• whenever autospin is active (on any spin)
• any browser action (click on any interactive UI object -- button, menu, etc.)

Expected time requirement: 30 minutes

Time reset functionality has been slightly modified and added to any section of the code where user interaction happens. Update available in commit: https://github.com/CoinRoster/slotmachine/commit/619bda8b2bbf875c4b12dfab5cffaf0ab72fff9d

Files have been updated on the dev server and may be reviewed now.
