Investments allow deposit greater than confirmed balance #40

Currently investments use the available balance to determine if an investment deposit can be made (the concept behind this is that once a balance of any kind is confirmed then the available balance may be larger or smaller).

This can obviously cause problems with partial unconfirmed deposits that may not be valid.

currently, a user can make a confirmed deposit, deposit it to the bankroll, but then also make an unconfirmed deposit, and deposit that into the bankroll too (while its still unconfirmed)

this is still an outstanding bug, see screenshot attached. made an unconfirmed deposit of 0.5 and was able to make a 0.3 deposit, which shows up as attached
