Cash out duplicates transactions? #9

When sending Bitcoin to mvsz8WAUQzXU5uyVpZVmYxrra9jJNe6Rcg it seemed that two transactions were sent instead of one (1 BTC). Can this be duplicated? If so, how, and how to fix?
