Key+pair failed. Have active (paid) subscription. #39

Hello! I am a long time user of coinigy, and have a paid account, still my API keys +websockets give errors. Why is that? And how to fix it ?

A Coinigy CryptoFeed subscription is required to use the CryptoFeed APIs. You can upgrade your subscription here: https://www.coinigy.com/subscription/renew

So, when I paid the subscription first time it said unlimited API use, and now you change the rules, even though I've already paid for it? Also, in the link, I can only continue my subscription, there is no poin " change plan" there is only, pay for more months.

So, can I get a refund for paid plan? As you changed the terms of it...
