Adding status Lauching soon

In case of added project, we would like to add the status lauching soon

• This setting will be added in the validation process of projects. (Under review, Lauching soon, Launched).
• Under review projects are no visible, as it is today with not approved projects
• Lauching soon, here it is like apporoved status, the only differnce is that we show "Lauching soon" instead on date.
• Launched projects are visible, as it is today with approved projects.
