Each platform member account will be linked to a smart contract address that contain few member properties that we may need at one point, and also IPFS hash of the member profile

I think for this one we don't need to have a deployed contract for each user address, we can have a contract that have all users with their informations(IPFS hash) ...

and maybe even not putting this contract (app) into the DAO with the others apps....
