Additional delegating types #3

Delegating candidates: Same as above, but also more generalized types. Maybe even a plain ol DelegatingCollection. Possibly may refactor to use these more basic types as building blocks for the current delegate types.

Updating this to only go for delegating types, will open a new issue for observable types.
