Investigate re-writing JPhantom

Some reasons for:

• Does not regenerate generic types, causing any generic usage in decompile/recompile to fail
• There are some optimization issues (fork mostly resolves them)
• People will always complain about it bugging out somewhere, and managing the fork isn't as streamlined as if we had our own separate version
• Error handling is iffy, some cases can be recovered, other cases cause the entire thing to abort phantom generation
• Its designed as a command line app. My PR's have allowed it to be more library like but it is still very wonky to use.
• Could be built on top of the enhanced analysis of SimAnalyzer

Some reasons against:

• It works in a majority of simple cases
• Everyone is already busy, so there isn't enough time to re-write

Probably will continue using it and eventually :tm: rewrite it with improvements.
