404 page not loading #38

For example, https://master-7rqtwti-ouiqvb5juucvu.us-4.platformsh.site/foodiddylugnuts.

Looks like there's a 404.php in the theme, but the 404.twig that it calls doesn't seem to exist. Ideally, it'd be great to have a nicely designed, functional 404 page, instead of just saying something like "not found."
