updated for version 0.2.9
improved the Japanese localization
92.0% completed (increased from 91.6%)

@oooFUNooo Dev has now been updated to 1.5, please review this branch on your machine and ensure that it works with 1.5. I have merged dev into this branch and found no merge conflicts, but you should both review your files and run the mod — checking the error log to be sure.
