Move latest improvements from release to master #70

This should be done first, so we have a clean master.

I moved the (german) documentation into a new folder (documentation/de) and merged the release-branch into the master. I've kept the old README.md that was still in the master, as it was in english and that seems to be more appropriate.

No PR because I am evil! (And there wasn't really anything new... 🤷)

master is up to date!
