start.php missing #150

Uploaded this plugin to the elgg mod directory but elgg 2.3.14 plugins page says start.php is missing. How should it be installed correctly please?

Download the correct version. The latest versions (v10.0 and up) of Event Manager are not suitable for Elgg 2.3, but for Elgg 3.0.
