请问如何使用自定义DbContext #76

在sample中未找到自定义DbContext的使用方式，或者暴露DbContext中Paramter的设置，项目中引用的dll中有[Table()]的类是protected的，注入IShardingDbAccessor时会因为protected类型获取失败。 若不考虑暴露DbContext，烦请给个使用建议或方案，谢谢！
